Terms of service
The commercial and usage terms that apply to your subscription, including scope, availability commitments, and the limits of liability. The signed order form and MSA take precedence over any summary here.
Privacy policy
What data we process, why, where it is stored, and your rights over it. Reconzo processes commerce and finance records, not consumer personal data, and stores customer data in India.
Sub-processors
The infrastructure and service providers we rely on to deliver the platform, the function each performs, and where they operate. The current list is available under your agreement and updated with notice.
Data processing agreement
The terms under which we process data on your behalf, including security measures, breach notification, sub-processor change control, and deletion on exit. Offered as part of enterprise contracting.
